Driving down to Stratford-upon-Avon later today to attend the Fine Art Trade Guild's Art and Framing Convention UK 2016 this weekend.
It will be an early start for everyone in the morning. The Fine Art Committee will be working with Guild staff, receiving artworks and hanging the exhibition... which opens at 2 p.m.! The Fine Art Committee will be back in action at 4 p.m. to hold an 'Artists Panel Discussion' (free entry) which is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come and meet some artists who have a lifetime of experience making a living as an artist...and have seen it all! Fascinating...it really is a unique opportunity to come and meet everyone. You are all welcome! Lots of workshops are happening too....and booking is now closed online...but you can turn up and pay on the day!

I am honoured to be a Derwent Ambassador and love visiting Derwent Pencil Museumas Artist in Residence!  Derwent Pencils kindly shared a post (on Facebook) by the Pencil Museum:"The amazing Anne Corless Artist & Illustrator has been with us for the last two days giving demonstrations on the different pencil techniques. Here is Anne in action today with a few friends and visitors of the museum. With all demonstrations and workshops full we cannot wait until we have Anne back with us next time."
